Victoria periodically selects models for private education sessions and marketing content — meaning you receive a complimentary or reduced-cost service while contributing to her work behind the chair. Apply below to be considered for an upcoming session.

How it works: Models receive services at no or reduced cost in exchange for participating in a private education session or being photographed for marketing purposes. All photos taken during your session become the sole property of Victoria Haer / The Haer Stylist and may be used at her discretion for any marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. By submitting this form, you agree to the photo rights waiver detailed below.

Photo & Image Rights Waiver

Model Release & Photo Rights Agreement

By checking the box below and submitting this form, I ("Model") grant Victoria Haer, operating as The Haer Stylist ("Photographer/Stylist"), the irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to photograph, film, record, and use my name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance — including all photographs and video taken during my session — for any lawful purpose at the sole discretion of Victoria Haer / The Haer Stylist.

This includes, without limitation: social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and others), the official website thehaerstylist.com, print and digital advertising, promotional materials, educational content, portfolio use, press, and any other marketing or commercial purposes. Victoria Haer / The Haer Stylist shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all photographs and media produced during the session.

I acknowledge that I will receive no monetary compensation for this grant of rights. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content prior to publication. I release Victoria Haer / The Haer Stylist from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the use of my image or likeness. This release is binding on my heirs, executors, and assigns.

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and have full authority to enter into this agreement.
